This historical flour mill in Artà, built in 19th century, was painstakingly and lovingly restored during the period 1980 to 1997. The blades of the mill are replicas, but the design and manufacture of each one is true to the original. The blades were re-erected in 2003. The property, including garden, is approx. 2,870 sqm. The mill, with its wonderful outbuildings, has approx. 267 sqm of living space. In the main house there are three large rooms, entrance hall with open fireplace, kitchen and bathroom.
