Mallorca Property Guide is an innovative and modern real estate portal based in Mallorca,who is also operating the internet platform of the same name. The founder of Mallorca Property Guide, Thomas Fischer, used to be Sales Director for the "Konzept Immobilien" GmbH in Germany for many years before moving on to the island of Rügen in the North of Germany. Here he signed responsible for the marketing of fully renovated apartments in the prestigious, last century seaside promenade buildings of the seaside resort Binz. The total volume of this project exceeded 120 millions DM and was fully placed within three years. His next destination was the Mediterranean island of Mallorca in 2000.
During the first two years in Mallorca he was working as Project Manager for the company-owned building projects of K&P in Betlem and Sa Rapita. As Office Director of the Franchise Engel & Völkers he signed responsible for the successful implementation of the offices in Son Vida and Llucmajor.
With the launch of his internet platform www.mallorca-immobilien-guide.de THE PORTAL in 2005, he realised his own project for the marketing of property offers on Mallorca. The aim of the platform is to bring prospective buyers and sellers of property on Mallorca together and to guarantee visitors to the portal a user-friendly and informative internet experience: appealing, innovative and with all the information about the property at a glance. Mallorca Immobilien Guide has remained true to this idea to this day and is constantly reorienting itself to the current best practices in terms of good UI (user-friendliness), design, information content and SEO (search engine optimisation) of the website itself. Years of experience in the property sector and customer-orientated work benefit every single interested party from the very first contact.

Having planned and developed strategies and processes for almost 2 years, Mallorca Property Guide turned its long overdue general clean up into reality and started with a totally new web site. Generated from scratch, the new website uses the latest technology and is fully responsive, thus being compatible for all modern devices. The rising number of users of mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets in various sizes and resolutions, makes a responsive webdesign a must for a state of the art website as mallorca-property-guide. So now, all our users interested in buying a property can browse the properties on offer and all relevant information independent from the device their using and will always get the best experience.
Development and prospects
In the meantime, the portal generates up to 10,000 unique visits per month through its top listings for all relevant keywords/combinations and long tail keywords, thus successfully helping property enthusiasts to find the right property to buy on the one hand and bringing prospective buyers to the respective property providers on the other.
